Golden and pre-fried, Flamingo Fried Cuttlefish Balls bring a deeper, ocean-sweet flavor and a denser, springier bite than ordinary fish balls. The light fry gives them a tinted, slightly firm skin around that signature bouncy cuttlefish center, making them a craveable addition to hot pot, noodle soup, or a plate of skewers.
Reheat them by simmering in broth, pan-searing for extra crisp, or air-frying until hot, then serve in hot pot, fish-ball noodle soup, or skewered with a dab of chili sauce.
