Signature Fried Paste Fish Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Flamingo Fish Paste
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, put Flamingo Brand Fish Paste and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mince the green onion and cilantro.
  3. Mix the chopped green onion and cilantro into the fish paste and mix well for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add cooking oil to a frying pan. Form the fish paste into a patty and place it in the pan.
  5. Turn the heat to minimum and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  6. Slice or cut into small pieces. Enjoy as an appetizer or with rice as a meal.
