Ingredients
- 1 container of Flamingo Fish Paste
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- Cooking oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, put Flamingo Brand Fish Paste and a pinch of salt.
- Mince the green onion and cilantro.
- Mix the chopped green onion and cilantro into the fish paste and mix well for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cooking oil to a frying pan. Form the fish paste into a patty and place it in the pan.
- Turn the heat to minimum and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Slice or cut into small pieces. Enjoy as an appetizer or with rice as a meal.
