- One package of Quê Hương Pork Meatloaf
- One package of QH Pork Skin Loaf
- Pork roll sausage
- Pickled carrots, daikon, and pickles (Đồ Chua)
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced jalapeño
- Fresh cilantro
- Liver pâté
- Vietnamese mayo (add 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt to 1 cup of regular mayo)
Directions
- Slice the baguette lengthwise.
- Spread liver pâté and mayo on the bread according to your preference.
- Add sliced cucumber, jalapeño, and cut cilantro.
- Arrange sliced meat and vegetables on the baguette.
