Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • One package of Quê Hương Pork Meatloaf
  • One package of QH Pork Skin Loaf
  • Pork roll sausage
  • Pickled carrots, daikon, and pickles (Đồ Chua)
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced jalapeño
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Liver pâté
  • Vietnamese mayo (add 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt to 1 cup of regular mayo)

Directions

  1. Slice various meatloaf and arrange on board.
  2. Cut baguette and vegetables into slices.
  3. Customize and build your own Bánh Mì bite — start with a baguette slice, then add liver pâté, mayo, meat, and vegetables.
