Stir Fry Mushroom with Shrimp Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 7 oz Great Wall Bread Shrimp Balls
  • 1/2 lb fresh straw mushrooms
  • 1 green onion
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 1 spoon cooking wine
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger.
  2. Boil the shrimp balls in hot water for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Briefly boil the straw mushrooms, then remove them, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over high heat until nearly smoking. Add the shrimp balls and briefly stir-fry, then remove and set aside.
  5. Leave a little oil in the pan over high heat. Add the green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the mushrooms, shrimp balls, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch slurry, then stir-fry until well combined.
