Ingredients
- Pork meatloaf, pork skin loaf, fried chicken loaf, and fried pork patties
- Half red bell pepper, half green bell pepper, and half yellow bell pepper
- Half onion
- A small piece of ginger
- 3 tbsp chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Julienne the meatloaf of your choice.
- Cut the bell peppers in half. Remove the tops, bottoms, and seeds.
- Julienne the bell peppers, onion, and ginger.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok over high heat until nearly smoking. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
- Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add broth.
- Add the meatloaf, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
