Stir Fry Mixed Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • Pork meatloaf, pork skin loaf, fried chicken loaf, and fried pork patties
  • Half red bell pepper, half green bell pepper, and half yellow bell pepper
  • Half onion
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 3 tbsp chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Julienne the meatloaf of your choice.
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half. Remove the tops, bottoms, and seeds.
  3. Julienne the bell peppers, onion, and ginger.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok over high heat until nearly smoking. Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
  5. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Add broth.
  7. Add the meatloaf, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
