  • 1 pack Quê Hương Cured Pork for BBQ
  • Rice paper
  • Vermicelli
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Mint
  • Perilla leaf
  • Basil
  • Skewers

Directions

  1. Cut bell peppers and onions into dice.
  2. Form Quê Hương Cured Pork for BBQ into meatballs.
  3. Precook the meatballs in the microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Put meatballs onto skewers.
  5. Grill or fry the meatballs, a few skewers at a time, turning frequently until golden brown.
  6. Wet rice paper and wrap the Nem Nướng with your favorite accompaniments.
  7. Dip in fish sauce or peanut butter sauce and enjoy.
