Without any seafood, it leans fully into rich, comforting pork flavor, shaping easily into tender meatballs or pressing into wontons, stuffed tofu, and steamed dumpling fillings.
Roll into balls for noodle soup and hot pot, season and pan-fry as patties, or use as a ready filling for wontons and stuffed vegetables. As a raw paste, it must be cooked through until firm and no longer pink. Cooked and packaged in the USA at USDA- and FDA-registered facilities, with no added trans fats or borax.
