- In a bowl, put Flamingo Brand Fish Paste, pinch of salt.
- Mince the green onion and cilantro.
- Mix the chopped green onion and cilantro into fish paste and mix well for 2-3 minute.
- In frying pan put in the cooking oil and scooped the fish paste and flatted down to the thickness that you desire.
- Turn on the heat on minimum and cooked until both side it golden brown.
- Slices or cut to small pieces. Enjoy with rice or as appetizer.
