Method One

  1. Cut bell peppers, onions into dice.
  2. Form Quê Hương Cured Pork for BBQ into meatballs. Precook the meatballs in the microwave 1 minute.
  3. Thread the meatballs, diced bell peppers, onions onto bamboo skewers.
  4. Grill the meatballs, a few skewers at a time, turning frequently, until cooked.
  5. Done! Enjoy the delicious skewers.

Method Two

  1. Form Quê Hương Cured Pork for BBQ into meatballs. Precook the meatballs in the microwave 1 minute.
  2. Add oil into a pan. Heat up the oil to medium hot. Put the meatballs into the pan.
  3. Fried the meatballs one side to golden brown, then turn to other side. Turning frequently, until cooked.
  4. Done! Decorated with vegetables and enjoy.
