配料 / Ingredients:

  • 一包 故鄉牌精選木薯
  • 適量椰奶
  • 少許糖
  • 適量烤白芝麻(依照個人口味調試)
  • 1 bag Quê Hương Frozen Peeled Cassava
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 pinch of sugar (Adjust to your taste)
  • 2 tsp. roasted sesame
 

步驟 / Directions:

  1. 在锅子里加入一升水,加热。 倒入椰奶,淹没过木薯表面。
  2. 不加盖,中火加热。
  3. 等待水几乎烧干,木薯煮熟。在锅子里均匀倒入一杯椰奶。再加热几分钟直到木薯将椰奶全部吸收。
  4. 配烤芝麻和白糖食用。健康美味。
  1. Add 1 liter of water to warm and squeezed coconut milk into the cassava pot, so that the coconut milk cover the surface of cassavas.
  2. Cook cassavas over medium heat and don’t need to cover.
  3. Boil until the water dried, cassava fully cooked, add a cup of coconut milk on it, and pour around the pot. Cook for a few minutes to coconut milk absorbs cassavas.
  4. Server Cassavas with roasted sesame and sugar. Enjoy!
