配料 / Ingredients:
- 一包400克故鄉牌木薯粉
- 1/3 杯白糖(70-100克,依個人口味添加或減少)
- 2茶匙木薯淀粉(或太白粉)
- 1/2杯(約125ml)水
- 1/2 茶匙 切碎香草
- 2/3 杯椰丝
- 鹽少許
- 食用色素或濃縮香精(香兰,榴莲,香草等等)
- 1 pack 400g Quê Hương Frozen Grated Cassava
- 1/3 cup sugar (70-100g adjust to your taste)
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- 1/2 cup (125ml) water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup (60g) coconut flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- Food coloring or flavor extract (pandan, durian, vanilla, etc)
步驟 / Directions:
- 取一個碗,放入木薯淀粉,糖,少許鹽,和水。
- 然後加入木薯粉攪拌均勻。
- 將攪拌均勻的木薯粉糊等分成三,並分別加入不同的食用香精和色素。
- 將少許食用油倒入平底鍋裡加入。倒入調配好的木薯粉糊。每種顏色蒸10-15 分鐘。
- 將冷卻後的木薯糕餅切成細條狀。讓後將細條滾入椰絲中。大功告成!請享用美食!
- 木薯粉條可以在冰箱中保持幾天。
- 在食用之前可以在微波爐裡加熱15秒。
- In a bowl, dissolve sugar, tapioca starch, pinch of salt, and water.
- Then add in grated cassava and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 3 and then add food coloring to each.
- Grease the pans with some cooking oil. Pour in the mixture into the pans and steam each batch for 10-15 minutes.
- Let it cool before cutting. Cut the cake into strips and roll them in the grated coconut. Enjoy!
- The cake can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
- Microwave for 15 seconds if served on the next day.
